Job Purpose:

The Stoughton Trailers IT Department uses State-of-the-Art computing hardware, software and Security applications to manage critical business systems and information. This position interacts with front-line users, managers, directors and executives to provide 1st Line Support for computing platform solutions. This position provides an excellent opportunity to experience life as an IT professional, and develop valuable IT service management skills.

Projects:

PC Refresh: work with IT employees to help refresh old computers in our environment. This would include imaging and setting up computers as well as deploying them and recycling the old ones.

Printer Mapping: Map out where all the printers are throughout our facility. Help by cleaning up and organizing.

Desktop Support and Help Desk ticket resolution: Learn to work with our IT Service Desk and how to troubleshoot 1st line desktop support issues

Qualifications

  • Education: Internship program for Senior candidates of a bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong team player
    • Ability to support projects at rapid pace in administrative and manufacturing environments.
    • Ability to effectively communicate, work and relate with people at all levels of the organization.
    • Creative thinking and collaborative approach on all fronts of the organization.
