The Administrative Customer Support position is the first point of contact on the phone and in person at our Main Street location and is responsible for providing exceptional service for all locations. This role requires ability to handle customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner, remain aware of surroundings to be sure every customer is greeted and taken care of, proactively getting tasks done and providing timely administrative support to various departments.
